These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student" or "User") and Bihar Digital Data & Network (BDDN), registered at Mohalla- Bhagwan Das Road, Khanka Chowk, Near Panacea Medicare Research Center, Darbhanga, Bihar – 846004. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enrollment request, making a payment, attending classes (online or offline), or using any BDDN service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment.
These Terms apply to all students, prospective students, website visitors, and any person accessing BDDN's services. BDDN reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment in a BDDN program is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll independently. Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
- Submission of the online enrollment form is a request, not a confirmation. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received and an acknowledgment is issued by BDDN.
- You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration. BDDN reserves the right to cancel enrollment if false information is discovered.
- Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after payment confirmation.
- BDDN reserves the right to reject any enrollment application at its sole discretion, with a full refund of any amount paid.
3 Payment Terms
Course fees are communicated during the counselling session and must be paid as per the schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
- Fees can be paid in full or in agreed installments (as communicated by BDDN staff)
- Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any mode communicated by BDDN
- Always obtain a written receipt or digital acknowledgment for every payment made
- Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension of access to course materials and classes
- BDDN is not responsible for failed digital transactions due to third-party payment gateway issues. Please contact us with proof of payment in such cases.
⚠️ Important: Do not make payments to any individual or unofficial account. All official payments must go to the registered BDDN account. Always verify bank details directly with BDDN staff before transferring money.
4 Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to all students:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to institute@bddn.online. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable in cases of misconduct, policy violations, or disqualification from the program for disciplinary reasons.
5 Course Content & Delivery
BDDN endeavors to deliver the highest quality training, subject to the following terms:
- Course schedules, timings, trainers, and batch sizes may be adjusted by BDDN with reasonable prior notice
- In-person classes are held at our Darbhanga center; some sessions may be conducted online via video call with prior announcement
- Students must maintain a minimum 75% attendance to be eligible for the completion certificate
- Access to course materials, recordings, and resources is granted to enrolled students only and must not be shared
- BDDN reserves the right to modify course content to reflect updated industry standards
- In case of trainer unavailability, a replacement trainer or rescheduled class will be provided
6 Student Code of Conduct
All students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward trainers, staff, or fellow students
- Recording, sharing, or distributing course content without explicit written permission from BDDN
- Plagiarism or dishonesty in assignments, projects, or assessments
- Use of BDDN's name, logo, or materials for commercial purposes without written consent
- Sharing login credentials or course access with unauthorized persons
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund, at BDDN's sole discretion.
7 Certification
Upon successful completion of a program, students receive a BDDN completion certificate. The following conditions apply:
- Minimum 75% attendance is required for certificate eligibility
- All course fees must be fully paid before the certificate is issued
- Students must complete all assigned projects and assessments satisfactorily
- Certificates are issued in digital format; physical copies may be requested for an additional printing fee
- BDDN certificates are issued by BDDN and may not be represented as government or university certifications
Some programs may include preparation for and/or assistance with third-party certifications (e.g., Google, Meta). BDDN facilitates this but is not responsible for third-party certification exam outcomes or fee structures.
8 Placement Assistance
BDDN provides placement assistance as a value-added service. The following terms apply:
- Placement assistance means resume building, mock interview sessions, and sharing relevant job/internship opportunities with eligible students — it is not a guarantee of employment
- Students must meet the minimum course completion criteria to avail placement assistance
- BDDN shares your profile with partner companies only with your prior consent
- Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer. BDDN is not responsible for selection or rejection by any company
- Placement assistance is available for up to 6 months after course completion
⚠️ BDDN does not guarantee specific salary packages, job titles, or employment in any particular company or city. Any such representations not made in writing by BDDN directors are not binding.
9 Intellectual Property
All content provided by BDDN — including course materials, presentations, videos, handouts, datasets, templates, and website content — is the intellectual property of Bihar Digital Data & Network.
- Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for their own learning only
- Reproduction, resale, redistribution, or public sharing of BDDN materials is strictly prohibited
- BDDN's name, logo, and brand identity may not be used without written permission
- Projects created by students during the course remain the student's property; however, BDDN may showcase them (with attribution) in its portfolio, with the student's consent
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:
- BDDN's total liability to any student shall not exceed the total fees paid by that student for the relevant course
- BDDN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or career opportunities
- BDDN is not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, internet outages, etc.). In such cases, classes may be rescheduled or moved online at BDDN's discretion
- Information provided on our website is for general guidance only and does not constitute professional career or legal advice
11 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically applicable in the state of Bihar.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Darbhanga, Bihar.
We strongly encourage students to contact us directly before pursuing any formal complaint, as most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
